STEP
BACK INTO
THE OLD
WEST AT
THE WINCHESTER CAFE
"A comfortable place for food and
drink." That's what the ads say and it is certainly
true..... with the old wagon parts, pictures, "sitting
area with an old victorian couch, original family
portraits and rodeo posters definitely give it a
combination old west-railroad-bordello look.
The menu has expanded over the years to include buffalo
wings, nachos, prize winning chili, 11 different
burgers, fajitas and quesadillas, and the famous
"buffalo burgers", actual 6 oz. burgers made from 100%
ground buffalo meat -- less fat, less cholesterol, more
protein. And it just may be the only bar and restaurant
in the state where the kitchen is always open!
Feel free to roam around and check out the many antiques
and pictures in the Winchester, including the picture of
the original Winchester Depot on the Santa Fe Line. The
Indian prints are all by Ken Schmidt from Upper New York
state. The many pictures and artifacts you see were
gathered from all over New England and the Southwest!
T-Shirts, Sweats, Baseball Caps,
Bandanas, Jackets and Bumper Stickers are all available
with the famous Winchester Cafe logo.
We hope you enjoy your visit with us, and that you too,
will become a "Winchester Repeater"!
